The Cobb County Lawn and Landscape Directory is created and maintained by Latitude 17 South, a website design and development sole-proprietorship. The policies on this page may refer to either ‘Latitude 17 South’, ‘Cobb Lawn & Landscape’, or ‘the publisher’ interchangeably.

For Advertisers – Please Read Carefully:

A regular listing on our city-focused Lawn and Landscape Services pages is free. If you’d like to be listed, or need to update your listed information, simply e-mail us your correct information and we’ll add it during our next update. Be sure to provide the name, email address, and phone number of a company executive so we can call and verify your information (that information will not be listed unless you request it). If you would prefer not to be listed on our pages, just let us know and we’ll remove you.

We attempt to verify the accuracy of the information in our listings, however, we are not responsible for any incorrect information within our listing, or for any damage claims associated with incorrect information. We are happy to immediately correct any errors you may notice.

We reserve the right to reject any advertisement. We also reserve the right to place the word “advertisement” on copy that resembles editorial material or reject the advertisement unless it is redone, at the advertiser’s expense, in an acceptable format.

Advertisers and their agents assume joint liability for all content (including text representation and illustration) of advertisements run on our website. Advertiser and the advertising agency represent and warrant that all material delivered for publication shall be free of libel and that publication thereof will not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, right of privacy or any other statutory or common law property right of any person. Advertiser and advertising agency agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Latitude 17 South, its agents, assignees and successors for, from and against any claim, demand, cost, expenses and damages (including without limitation reasonable attorney fees) incurred by such parties due to or in connection with any breach by the advertiser and/or the advertising agency of any of the foregoing provisions of this paragraph.

We reserve the right to change rates and terms at any time without notice. Any such change will not be applicable to advertisers who at the time of the change have an existing advertising agreement with us, until the end of their then-current agreement.

The terms and conditions of these policies and procedures apply to all advertising accepted by Latitude 17 South and super cede the terms of any other agreement between advertiser or advertising agency and Latitude 17 South, unless such other agreement states that its terms specifically super cede the terms hereof and such agreement is agreed to in writing by the publisher. Except as stated otherwise in the preceding sentence, publisher will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks or copy instructions that conflict with provisions of these policies and procedures.
